Professional, smooth and decisive. Overall good experience and manager is knowledgeable and able to ask questions to bring out the best of you. Interview process was quick and decisive.
2 rounds of interview. First was an in-person with the hiring manager. Next was a virtual interview with hiring manager and Market General Manager. STAR and behavioral based questions. Overall, a smooth process

First round with HR/Recruiter was so dry. There was zero excitement or inflection in their voice when speaking about the company or role and they did not come on camera.
Easy as i was asked a couple of questions. You have to just be yourself ya know. Great process. Be prepared to role play. I had a couple of calls and zoom interviews and that was it.
