Interview process lacked transparency. Coding assessment feedback was vague (‘low score’) despite passing automated test cases. Significant time investment with no actionable feedback. Process felt procedural rather than evaluative.
Anyone else notice certain interview loops where Codility results don’t seem to matter? Passed test cases but rejected with ‘low score’ and no breakdown.
