Interview
Process consisted of a Psychometric test, video interview and online interview. This was when COVID hit so a case study was not tested. The interview process was quite relaxed and only a few q's were asked for each stage.

Online assessment after online application, if shortlisted then there will be in person assessment center which involves a group case study and an one on one interview. If successful, you will get called for offer.

Why KPMG specifically? Why not other accounting firms?
You start off in groups and get to talk with some of the other applicants before getting sent one by one to the interview. All the interviewers looked like corporate zombies and were asking questions directly off a script.
You then return to complete an exercise on your phone where you have to rank certain emails in terms of importance and write an email in response.

Interview
I took the aptitude test, which involved basic math calculations, spotting grammatical errors, and responding to behavioral and personality questions. The questions weren’t hard, but the tight time constraints, particularly for proofreading, made it challenging.
