After applying for the position online through indeed.com, the recruiter called me the day after. Which was very unexpected but exciting! I had a casual phone interview with him and he said he would set up an interview with the local office for me.
A week later, I had an interview with 2 senior managers and a partner.

With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough
