After sending an introduction video, I received a task where I need to build a command-line PHP application. I must say that the requirements were not so clear. Because of the amount of work I delivered, I assumed it would be way more than enough to go to the next interview phase. But the feedback I received was quite surprising; it felt like they tried to find some excuses not to go to the next step.
