Kroger interview questions

I applied online and was sent test to complete prior to interview. then, i was sent to a person in HR who visited with me about 30 minutes and asked a few of the normal question. Such as: 1. Can you think of a time when you had to think outside the box to get something done at work? 2. What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses. We briefly discussed income needs Then, I was sent to another person at a different location who interviewed me as well. She asked similar questions. That evening, i was called by a person in their training center and offered the job. I accepted and came in that following Monday to start 17 weeks of training.
