Very clear and fast procedure. I was very happy with the way the process was handled and the guidance I received from Lightspeed’s HR team during this process. The interview stages were always with management from the Capital department, therefore, I received quick feedback which enabled me to be more relaxed due to having a better idea of what my performance was during the different stages.
