Interview
I had 4 interviews starting with a recruiter call, then I was invited to an interview with the team lead and manager which then followed with a case study and finally another HR interview. Everyone is super passionate about their role and the company and it was really easy to get along with everyone. Recruiters and onboarders were always transparent about next steps and were quick to get back to me. It is IMPERATIVE that you prepare for these interviews as they go deep into your background and are looking for a great fit with their team and culture.

The interview process was very smooth and well-organized. The communication was clear at every stage, and the interviewers created a comfortable atmosphere. The team was friendly, well-prepared, and genuinely interested in my background.

One question that stood out was when they asked how I would handle a challenging client
I had 3 interviews (one phone, 2 virtual) and overall had a great experience. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I felt at ease when being interviewed. Questions weren’t overly technical- were more focused on pst experience.

Interview
The interview process was one of the best processes I have ever been through. You were never left in the dark, and it was very easy to schedule around your availability.
The interview was 4 stages:
1. Call with the Lightspeed recruiter (30 mins)
2. Behavioural interview with hiring managers (1 hour)
3. Case study presentation (30 mins)
4. Cultural interview (1 hour)
Everyone was so welcoming and invested in you right from the beginning. You always heard back 1-2 days post interview.
