Interview
Very thorough interview process consisting of 3 rounds. Initial telephone screening with Talent Acquisition, followed by a video call with the Team Lead and Team Manager. For the 3rd round I was invited for an in person interview with the regional Sales Director, but because of availability issues we did a video call. Very thorough questions but it felt very comfortable and pleasant and there was genuine interest in me as a person as well. The interview process was very clear with speedy communication and feedback in between. Best interview process I’ve had so far.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three steps.
First, I had a 30-minute interview with the Talent Acquisition team to learn more about the role and discuss my background, experience, and what I was looking for.
The second step was a business case with two Sales Managers, designed to assess my market knowledge and my ability to structure my work. It turned into an open discussion with honest exchanges and feedback.
The final step was a walking challenge, directly in the field facing prospects and clients with my future manager.

The discussions with the talent partner Rawad Al-Kattan and the sales manager Jonas Vehns, were very pleasant, professional and productive.
I was asked relevant questions about my professional career to date.
The requirements for the position and the Lightspeed company were presented in greater detail.
