Behavioral with two employees discussions prior experience and goals in applying for the position. Also discussed the role and there was an opportunity to ask questions. It was very relaxed and there weren’t many technical questions.

Applied online, then was invited to an assessment day. The day consisted of various presentations, from staff and current interns. There was a group activity where the assessors watched you and then a 1:1 interview. I then found out the outcome of my interview within a couple days.
