I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Dec 2014
Interview
Hiring process involved a single phone conference from two supervisors. I had my excel file out. I prepped prior to it with certain keywords emphasized from the job description which also resonated with my experience. Afterwards, the next day I heard back from my recruiter saying the offered the role to me.
Around 8 star method questions after they tell you a bit about the job and also you introduce yourself, You will be interviewing with multiple people likely your manager and others in the same field.

Question 1
Tell me about a problem you faced and now did you solve it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Moorestown, NJ) in Jun 2026
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online and answered a few questions. A few days later, I was on vacation, and was sent an interview invitation before even being asked my availability by an AI Bot. I was on a 9 hour time difference on vacation and was trying to get in contact with someone to rework my interview slot if possible. The recruiter never answered me and the AI Bot was not helpful. I was then sent another random time again without getting an answer from anyone or being asked what times may work. After I inquired about that, I was sent a cancellation notice about my interview seeming like they no longer wanted to interview me. One week later, I got a text from the AI I had another interview scheduled. I completed the interview and was asked a variety of behavioral questions. I forgot to ask for their emails so I could never send them a thank you because I had no one to contact! It's been 3 weeks and I still have yet to hear anything back from the interviewers, not even a rejection.

Question 1
They asked me typical behavioral questions like tell me about a time you imporoved a process, tell me about a time you managed ambiguity or change, tell me about a time you worked on a team
It was a panel of 4 members from the IE team and HR. A lot of the behavioural questions were read off a sheet. Overall decent interview process. They asked me to analyse a couple of graphs and voice my thought process
