Lockheed Martin interview questions

In this interview, candidates are asked about their past experiences, skills, and behaviors to assess how they might handle various situations in the workplace. Questions revolved around teamwork, problem-solving, conflict resolution, leadership, and decision-making. The goal is to understand the candidate's personality, communication style, and alignment with the company's values and culture.

Interview is quiet simple. All behavioral questions and about 1 hour long. Had 2 different managers in 2 different teams and then was asked which team I preferred. Simple questions about working together, learning from mistakes, and past experiences.
