The interview process mostly involved behavioral questions, but I started as an intern who was offered a full-time position at the company. Even as an intern, the questions they asked were all behavioral.
A lot of standard STARR questions and super casual. Their cameras were off the entire time, but they were very personable. It was only the manager and another employee underneath him.
Great, low stress! If you are ready then you are ready! Wonderful process I felt so relieved after it was done. It was over the phone, when you get asked a question, its okay to pause for a moment and gather your thoughts.
