Lockheed Martin interview questions

This was a structured behavioral panel interview. The questions targeted relevant, specific experiences and were aligned with the company’s leadership philosophy. The interview was 45 minutes long, all virtual. There were 3 panel members who rotated asking questions.

Asked about resume, favorite projects, experiences. Interviewer was manager for the team I would be joining. Asked about what languages I knew and what I was most comfortable with. Had time to ask questions if my own.
