I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Aguadilla, PR) in Apr 2022
Interview
In my case was in a meet and greet setting. Very human interaction, and mostly STAR questions. No tech interview which was very relieving. I accepted the offer. Proccess took about a month or so , to finally receive the final offer and about two months to start the jobs, that was kind of stressful, I had to call hiring manager to get start date and the kind of forgot about me. But at the end, the process was relatively easy going

Interview
Interviewed for Project Management CWEP. Overall a pleasant interview where everything flowed conversationally. Mostly behavioral, but with a huge emphasis on a project setting, I don't think I could've answered these questions as well as I did without experience working in a team.
