I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Phone call and then person to person interview. Met with a hiring official that primarily only hires for the position I was interviewing. He was knowledgeable and polite.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Herndon, VA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was working on a different project with Lockheed when I applied to this position. It was a panel interview consist of the hiring manager, project lead, and one of the developers on the team. They started off with an introduction to the project and a brief overview of the contract and the development work that needs to be done. The interview covered all the experiences on my resume and my comfort level with all the skills that I have listed. There were some technical questions mixed in but the overall interview questions were fairly straightforward.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Not sure if this is normal, or I was special, but I only had a 30 minute phone interview that was all about my resume and projects. The position required knowledge of C#/SQL/ASP.NET so the questions revolved around those technologies.
A week after that phone interview I got an offer. After accepting it, I just had to do a background check and a drug test, and some pre-orientation paperwork and questions.
