Lockheed won a contract from another government contractor so many of switched to stay employed. Interview process was very succinct since we were already incumbent in our positions.

Interview
I applied for an interview through an online system at my college in 2004. After making a good impression during a behavioral interview at my college recruiting center, i was asked to attend a second interview in the D.C. area. I met with three managers from different programs, one of which represented a research team focusing on a domain i had experience in. I didn't really have a technical interview.

Interview
I submitted my resume online, and then I heard from a recruiter a couple weeks later. There was an initial phone screening, and then an in person interview. Hiring manager was prompt with good communication. Interview was relaxed with few technical questions. Questions were mostly behavior, e.g. describe a difficult situation and how you dealt with it. I received an offer the day after interview.
