I was contacted by a recruiter by the name of Karla and she just asked 7 basic typical questions that should have been covered by the application (i.e. how many years of experience do you have, salary expectations, etc.) and the last question was "describe your relevant experience as it pertains to the role for each basic qualification listed below." I spent almost two hours typing/reviewing my answers only to get ghosted... I figured she was probably too lazy to read it but not sure I figured it'd be better to exceed expectations than to be vague but I guess not. I sent a follow up email and nothing... completely unprofessional for a company of this size.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interviewed with the hiring manager and he had a list of technical questions he was required to ask to see your thinking process, if you know different algorithms, when to use/whats the difference between arrays and linked list etc.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
