Lockheed Martin interview questions

Interview process is lighter than you would find at top high tech firms in the silicon valley. Expect a phone screening and then a day long in person interview where you will be ask to demonstrate coding ability.

Very informal interview process. Starts off with behavioural questions and then moves into a little bit more technical software/architecture questions. All in all a fun process but lacking in structure and so is somewhat dependent on the interviewer that day.
