I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Be prepared to explain everything on your resume, make sure it is up to date and provide any more updates needed. Also, ask the interviewer about their job/functions and view of Lockheed, it's a great chance to show interest and get a feel for the company life. If you have additional interviews, ask the same questions to get a well-rounded answer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
I got called in for an in person interview. The guy gave me a couple of basic behavioral questions. Then, he gave me 3 technical questions. It was pretty relaxing but I felt it wasn't taken seriously.

Question 1
What's the difference between an abstract class and an interface?(easy question that i remembered).
Very formal interview process that started on a college campus. This interview was 1:1 with an alumni. Received a call back after the college interview to come to Washington, D.C. for a second round of interviews. The second round consisted of ~6 interviews with 6 managers. After the second round I received an offer via email and snail mail.
