I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Feb 2010
Interview
Interviewer was not hiring manager. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions. When I asked about job description, tasks, expectations, interviewer declined due to security reasons. Interviewer did not meet my expectations. I gave all my information, but received absolutely zero information in return, not even about type of work, specific software skills needed, what type of clearance I needed, or even the type of people I'll work with. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2009
Interview
I applied for an interview through my university and attended an information session. The interview was very straightforward, which was a combination of a behavioral and conversational interview. It started out with the simple question of 'tell me about yourself,' followed by questions based on my resume such as tell me how you got into Engineering. No technical questions were asked.
