Phone Screening interview and then in person interview with management. they asked pretty technical questions about prior experience and in the role experience. after met the team and interviewed with them as well.
2 days after I interviewed I received a call to schedule an interview. went through the process and was told they picked a better candidate but really liked me and offered me an internship. I told them I would still be interested and they posted the job. I applied once I was notified it was posted and have yet to hear anything back after that.
Gone through a recruiter. Couple of screening interviews and then a day of on site interview with hiring manager, sme and adjacent departments.
Questions ranged from leadership to technical deep dive in the area of expertise
