I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2021
Interview
Very bland, was clear that they wanted questions answered and not to get to know me as a person. Very late response times after interview and from recruiters. All the questions were based around academics then one or two situation and from experience.

Question 1
What's something you want us to know about you that we didn't get to cover?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Rockville, MD) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview was held over the phone. It was pretty straightforward. Since this was for an internship, this didn’t focus on anything technical, just on your personality and such. Just stay calm and show confidence, and you’ll do fine.
