I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very formal and a group process. Light snacks and an introduction first. Interviews were then a "lightning round" format. Every interview was only allocated 30 minutes, which means only about 20 minutes of real interview time. Shortest interview I've ever had, even for candidates that crossed the country. The manager was asking the next question before I finished my answer. Very rushed and incomplete feeling. Be prepared to give quick, succinct answers. I was not told until arriving that the interview would be only 30 minutes.

Question 1
Standard questions about skills and experience. I didn't get any of the "what's your greatest strength and weakness" BS questions, thankfully.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Initially the process was great! It wasn't until the post interview that it went downhill. Interview went well, the interviewer told me that he would contact me in 10 - 14 days wether or not I received and offer! 6 weeks later and I still have not gotten any response. I've emailed the HR twice with no response. I think they all fell off the face of the earth or something.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The hiring process was through a co-op system and went very smoothly. The company was very well organized so scheduling an interview wasn't difficult at all. I had the interview about a week after I was notified the interview was granted and Lockheed came to my college campus for the interview. It was only 30 minutes long but very informative.
