Lufthansa Group Call Center Representative interview questions

I applied for a job a few years ago to have an opportunity of grow in this company. I applied to position located in Prague, had a phone call interview and got an offer of 1000 EUR Gross (I believe its aprrox 800 EUR Net ) for this position. I found it very low, so I decline the offer. I understand that I applied for lower position that I have beed experienced, also I had expectations for more qualified offer compared to my background, however any HQ did not consider that.
