I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lufthansa Group (Frankfurt am Main) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview lasted around one hour. Firstly I was introduced about the two interviewers, the programm and the tasks I might face in the future. Then the questions are mainly about my past experience according to my CV and my expectation to the job. The interview was half German, half English. I felt quite comfortable with their questions and attitudes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lufthansa Group (Frankfurt am Main) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very professional. Application submitted online, invited for online tests, followed by a telephone interview and then an onsite interview until offer for the job.
When I started in the role, I was trained (on-boarding process) another intern at this department, who had already been working there for a couple of months. It took a few days until everything was in place, especially setting up technical equipment for my such as the work pc, email address and access to the right data platforms.
