I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MANTECH (Augusta, GA) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was really accurate and easy going. They made sure that I was a good fit for the position. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

Question 1
Basic technical questions, as well as about my pervious experience.
Never made it that far. A recruiter contacted me about a position I had applied for a month earlier and asked if I could speak that day about the role. It was a short notice request, however I wanted to accommodate her since I was interested in the position. I promptly emailed her back with three times that I was available to speak. Two hours went by, no response. I had an afternoon meeting cancel, so I emailed her once more with an additional time I could speak later in the afternoon. The entire day passes, no response. The next morning I sent her one final note, asking if she still would like to speak with me, and asking if she could confirm so that we could lock a time in that day. Entire day passes, no response. At this point, even if she does eventually reach back out, I will be withdrawing my application. This has been a pretty bizarre experience, and I can’t imagine working for a company that treats candidates it’s interested in like this.
Basic questions revolving around past experience and background. 2 on 1 interview style, was quick and efficient. Was straightforward and discussed expectations and possible work environment and schedule. Feedback happened quickly, and an offer was extended shortly after.
