MANTECH interview questions

I got a call from the recruiter that scheduled a call with the project manager. From there, the recruiter scheduled a video call with the project leads. The whole process took a week

I was contacted a couple months after first applying and went through a few rounds of video interview while they determined which position was the best fit. The interviews did not dive too deep and were more skillset based rather than behavioral. The team was very friendly and the offer was very good, but I chose another offer due to alignment with career goals.
