      Anonymous employee
      Bristol, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at MBDA (Bristol, England) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Two stages; A) Relaxed conversational phone-screen interview (45mins), allowed me to understand the role, company and team/project/programme/UK and wider company (FR, GR, and IT, mostly). Additionally the Agile Practice, its current aims, objectives and ambitions and my potential place and opportunities accordingly. And, B) 90 min, Values Based Interview, reviewing the companies website in advance helped a lot regarding their Values and also preparing for a presentation on Agility/Scrum in Defence Hardware setting, challenges and advantages of it. In addition to a usual technical questions around Scrum, Agile and contextual questions to tease out my own knowledge and experiences.
