Highly unorganized and unprofessional recruitment process. HR arranged two virtual phone calls where the first time the person in charge didn´t attend due to some urgencies and in the second claimed not to have found the meeting link. So I was hanging uselessly for minutes in the line. There followed nothing neither a cancelation nor a written explanation where everybody was after I wrote where everybody was. Quite unworthy of a firm that claims to be a world leading asset manager.
