Mango Young Talented Professional interview questions

I have been contacted through LinkedIN by the CEO-Mango China. Then we had a very short meeting in their offices, but he put me right with the peopl from HR. The interview was then conducted with the Director of HR and another person from HR. I got the impression that they normally have very strict hiring process and that this was a little unusual for them. It was a nice meeting, good exchange, but they never got back to me. I haven't applied actively for the job, it was Mango who contacted me and think at least they called write an email and say "we are sorry, but you do not fit our profile we were looking for.
