Interview
I actually applied online. They called me back a month later and set up an interview the next day. I interviewed with the Operations Manager. He asked me the basic questions since it was my first job (strengths, weakness, a time when...). During the interview he made it seem like I got the job. Then they did not call me back until a week later. I had an interview with the Store Manager. He also made it seem like I got the job. And he asked me more questions. After another week, they finally called me in for orientation to sign all the paperwork.

Interview
I submitted an application in person and talked to the merch manager two days later. She said I would get a call the next day--when I didn't, I went back and talked to a different manager. She said they weren't looking for seasonal workers. That's fine, but I wonder why the other person I talked to didn't think my short availability would be a problem.
