They have a Hirevue with 2 questions and an OA with two sections, a coding portion and matlab multiple choice portion. You only need to do one. It seems that the difficulty of the coding depends on if you're applying as a Computer Science major. My questions were medium-hard level where a non-CS major friend got almost fizzbuzz level questions

Interview
The interviewee will be given the chance to record their responses. Prior to this, the interviewee will have the chance to practice using some sample questions (these questions will likely be different from the one you will be asked). Then you will have about 3 minutes so answer the questions. My first question was Why EDG, the second question was My experiences, the last question is about visa eligibility(hr stuff).

Interview
3 hrs OA -> 20 min Behavioral with Manager -> 4 hrs interview in one sitting (2 hrs technical, 1 hr manager, 1 hr HR). I performed well in OA, and did well during technical interview too, but they rejected me anyway. 2.5 hrs of time spent with manager and HR was spent answering very similar questions again and again, very redundant. They have no respect for your time. All of that for a customer support role. Only apply if extremely desperate.
