initial interview was by the shift manager who asked basic interview questions like what do you know about mcdonnels, what are your weaknesses ect. then i was supposed to do a trial shift but they said on the day they didnt have staff to supervise that so a different manager interviewed me for a second time and asked pretty much the same questions
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Walthamstow, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
The McDonald's interview process was a well-structured and efficient experience. It began with a warm welcome, followed by a brief overview of the company and the job role. The interviewer asked questions about my previous work experience, availability, and customer service skills. They also inquired about handling challenging situations and working in a team. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly, and the questions were straightforward, only one curve-ball: "What would you do if a customer wanted to fight you for making their McFlurry too slowly?
