I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meraki (Melbourne) in Feb 2015
Interview
The Meraki Interview process was very thorough and comprehensive. Stakeholders from across the business tested for significant technology depth and understanding whilst also ensuring the solution portfolio value proposition was clearly understood and articulated. Scenario based discussions allowed one to demonstrate their approach to solving real world business/technology problems with a comprehensive technology portfolio. Ability to think on ones feet and adapt to changing requirements was also measured. White boarding was extensively used to ensure the candidate could describe their solution. Overall a very thorough and tough process, but understood and well respected.
