Interview
The interview process is structured into 3 ways, first with the reporting manager with case study, second with HR department with cultural fit test lastly with Head of department or similar with formality. I feel that they have vested interest or perception or internal HR practices that don't practice salary negotiation, because they are in position where there are a lot of supplies or applicants.
