Received a brief call and was invited for an interview at the contact center in Maastricht. The assessment lasted a full day and included some computer tests, a roleplay with other candidates and an individual interview to finish with. I received a call a couple of days later saying they wanted to hire me but I that I had to wait for a couple of weeks before they could offer a contract. In the mean time I cancelled an application with another company. Eight months later, still no sign of a contract. I was merely shrugged off as I kept asking for news. Don't promise things you can't offer. Figure out contract situations before having people go through your interview process. I am glad I didn't get that position though. Bad job and horrible schedules.
