I had three interviews in total during the hiring process:
1) phone interview- approx 15 mins (want to find out how you speak and react in conversations, they also want to find out your english level)
2) with the Sales Consultant that I will be assisting - approx 50 mins (go through some of the job responsibilities)
3) with the General manager and Sales Manager - approx 50 (more situational interview questions based on your past work experience, for example, can you describe... can you give me an example.. what would you do when....)
