Interview
Online Application, no tests because the site was under development, telephone interview, assessment centre.
The process is really long winded and they will keep you waiting with absolutely 0 communication. I had actually forgotten that I had applied... thats how long it took!
There were 3 stages,
1. psychometric tests which consisted of maths, english and verbal reasoning. They were quite intense and tight for timing so practice tests were useful
2. Video interview: a set of pre-recorded questions based on yourrself, reasons for applying and competencies
3. Assessment centre: 4 hr assessment centre consisting of group activity, individual interview and case study task
