This was a typical behavioral interview. The interview itself was not difficult as they preface the question with background on the topic, give some context to the topic and than ask the question! This allows for time to formulate your answer.

Der Ablauf war unkompliziert und gut strukturiert. Ich habe eine Einladung zu einem Videocall erhalten, in dem ich mich persönlich vorgestellt habe. Dabei habe ich über meinen bisherigen Werdegang gesprochen und erklärt, warum ich gerne bei Mercedes-Benz arbeiten möchte. Zum Abschluss wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich zeitnah eine Rückmeldung von Mercedes-Benz erhalten werde.
