Internet based preliminary psychological/IQ test, Face-toface interview with written test (open ended questions-analysis of a balance sheet/cash flow of a real company) and oral examination, with HR representative and Financial department manager. Very professional, polite and easy-going behavior.

1st round is with HR and 2 line managers, apart from self introduction, it covers serials of behaviour questions.
2nd round is with division finance manager and one of the line managers in round 1. More behaviour questions to test whether you are the best fit of the team and culture.

There was no initial phone interview/screening. It just went straight to one difficult in-person interview with all situational specific questions for an entry level job. It was with a group of 2 people with no further followups post interview.
