Interview
Human resourses department made the first interview then I gott to have an interview with the department manager. It was a lovely environment. However, there were 2 managers asking questions and it felt a little bit overwhelming.

I talked about my CV. What was the challenges that I had in my previous employement. They also start talking in English or in German. (Most of the interview was in Turkish)
