I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz International
Interview
I must say one of the worst Interview Process I have ever experienced. I applied online and got no response for 1 month but i was confident that I am the correct match for the position based on their requirement and my experience. Somehow I found out the name and contact details of hiring manager and called him directly. He was surprised to know that no one from HR contacted me as I was short-listed. Anyway after the call finally, HR sent me invite for the case study based interview arrange at third party location. The interview was case study based where I have to present my recommendations based on the case study. It went smoothly from my perspective and I have been told to wait 2 weeks to get an answer.
The HR issue striked again as no response for almost 1 month and as usual i have to call the hiring manager again. He said sorry as I was not selected but again shocked to know that no one from HR informed me about the outcome or the feedback. Now he talked about the feedback which was little shocking to me. As per him I had an experience was more working at HQ's of Automobile OEM's while MB UK HQ is in Germany and in UK they sell what Germany gives them. I just asked, for future should I move to Germany to get a job in MB? for which he has no response and our conversation was ended with thanks from both end.

Question 1
Interview was case study based and was not difficult
Overall it was a fair process — five interviews and a home assignment. The team leader was very polite, though some of the questions felt more theoretical and similar to common ‘PM interview questions’ you’d find online rather than focused on practical day-to-day challenges. Still, it was a very positive experience overall.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz International (Milton Keynes, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
Good interview. Was at their new HQ in Milton Keynes with a member of their HR team and the hiring Manager. They made you feel relaxed and the process was more like a chat than an interview where they asked competency based questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you’ve gathered feedback to help make improvements at work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz International (New York, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
Interviewed with the hiring manager. Lack of clarity about the challenges within the role. It felt like crucial information was being withheld, making it difficult to gauge the reality of the position.
