The interview was for an Intern position. Hence they had come to our college where they short listed the candidates on an aptitude test. Then the candidates were invited for an interview. It was mainly a technical interview along with some HR content.

Der Ablauf war unkompliziert und gut strukturiert. Ich habe eine Einladung zu einem Videocall erhalten, in dem ich mich persönlich vorgestellt habe. Dabei habe ich über meinen bisherigen Werdegang gesprochen und erklärt, warum ich gerne bei Mercedes-Benz arbeiten möchte. Zum Abschluss wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich zeitnah eine Rückmeldung von Mercedes-Benz erhalten werde.
