I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Sunnyvale, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Phone Call with a recruiter, followed by an initial technical screening round. Recruiter said the technical screening must be completed within 2 weeks from the recruiter call.
I joined the interview 4 minutes late, as Zoom forced an update when I clicked to join. I got a medium-difficulty question, and I was able to implement the logic and give a code walk-through with test cases.
The next day I got an email saying I was rejected but the feedback was positive.
"Lesson learned: First Impression Matters. Show up on Time! "
