I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta in Apr 2022
Interview
Recruiter called, spent about 2 months prepping really hard SQL questions and easy python questions. Phone screening went really quick. Some questions were not very clear, so that required more time for clarification. I explained my scripts, but that didnt seem to matter since they did not move me on to onsite. Questions were very easy SQL , they were not the ones on the career site or glassdoor, which are a little bit harder.

Question 1
SQL Questions asking for groups having certain counts.
Python Question: function that pulls list and compares to parameter with amount. Display the total # of elements in the list with a total value less than the amount.
Begins with an application review and recruiter screening, followed by a technical phone interview that assesses SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and coding skills in languages such as Python or Java. Successful candidates then proceed to onsite or virtual interviews, which include multiple rounds covering coding, system design, data architecture, problem solving, and behavioral questions.

Prepare technical concepts, and practice previously asked questions as much as you can find online. 4 rounds in the total process. It's easy as long as you just practice a LOT.
