I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Feb 2023
Interview
1) Recruiter reached out to me. 2) Phone call with recruiter 3) Call with hiring manager 4) It was a bad fit, so I declined that role, and clarified what I'm looking for. But they replied back and said they only had that role open for me. I'm curious if they've even read my resume. I also wonder why they'd hand-selected me for a role I'm way over-qualified for? Especially when they've got other positions in my area.
