I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interviewers were very disorganized. Twice in a row, my interviewer did not show up to my scheduled interview. On the third time, the interviewer showed up 30 minutes late. I had a deadline from a different offer and due to their delays, my final round was postponed to the day before my deadline. I promised I would find out their decision right after my final round concluded, but I was then told by my recruiter that the interviewers decided to go home (at 3pm) and I would hear back from them after the weekend (after my offer deadline).

Interview
Everyone I interviewed with was very kind and motivating. People there seemed to be passionate about their jobs. Unfortunately, was kinda short sighted by them rescinding an offer so close to the start date. Unexpectedly unprofessional from a company that I believed to be better.
