Microsoft Research Intern interview questions

I had two behavioral interviews with my prospective mentor and the group PI. Talked about my research and learned more about the team. There were no technical or coding questions. The process took about two weeks.

Relatively fast process, well-organized. Recruiter was really nice and proactive to answer all the questions. Interviewed with a research scientist in my field and had some very good conversations regarding research projects. Overall a nice experience. Didn't take the offer because the intern project didn't really match my research focus. Process: HR call(from campus event) -> Phone interview 1(Algorithm Coding) -> Research Interviews(with 3 different team members from the same team)
