Microsoft Senior Manager interview questions

It was quite a long and involved process. I had 6 interviews over about 3 months, including some at 10 o'clock at night in order to accommodate folks in different time zones. I encountered some racism from interviewers which turned me off Microsoft as an employer and also off their products.
